Merchant FAQ
What is CouponLIst.com?
Think of CouponList.com as an online version of those direct
mailers, (or "coupon packs"), of printed coupons sent to residences in
specific zip codes containing coupons for several different local
businesses advertising in that market.
How does CouponList.com work?
Local merchants place their advertisements and special offers in the
CouponList.com
internet directory of local, printable coupons. Consumers go to the CouponList.com web site just
prior to going shopping, enter their zip code, and find the deals in
their local area.
How much does it cost?
During the initial promotion period, businesses may post an
unlimited number of coupons for free for one year*, with a new
merchant account registration. Listing rates have not been set for
advertising after the first year. When we begin charging for listings,
we plan to spend 80% of the collected fees to aggressively promote the
CouponLIst.com web site to consumers, thereby greatly increasing the
audience size and value to CouponList.com advertisers.

CouponLIst.com.
What are the requirements to set up a merchant account?

for opening a merchant account.
Does CouponList.com list coupon codes for online shopping?
No. There are many web sites set up for that purpose.
CouponList.com's focus is on printable coupons that shoppers can print
and bring in to physical stores, restaurants, or use for local
services. However, local business that also have web sites with online
shopping may promote their web site, including promotion codes, along
with their other coupon listings.
When will CouponList.com be open to consumers?
The exact launch date for the shopper site has not been set, but
it will be posted here when it is. At this time, we are estimating
approximately 2 to 3 months. For this reason, we encourage merchants
to post coupons with long-term, or no, expiration date. If all of your
coupons are very limited in term, you may want to establish your
account now to take advantage of the free year, and then wait until
you are notified of the public launch before adding any listings.
I just created my merchant account. Why can't I add coupon listings?
When you created your merchant account, a verification email was sent. You must follow the instructions in the email to confirm your email address before you can enter coupons. To have another verification email sent, log in using the User Name and password you supplied, and click the button at the bottom of the page.
Important Note: If you use a spam filter to block unwanted
emails, you might need to add accounts@couponlist.com to your white
list to prevent inadvertent blocking of the auto generated
verification email.
